Hexgen Steelcon Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Leading Change Sdn. Bhd.) is a join venture company of Syarikat Steelcon Sdn. Bhd and Hexgen Energy Corp., established in December 2003.

Syarikat Steelcon is a 100% Malaysian owned company that was incorporated as a private limited company on 29th June 1974. Since its inception, the company has been actively involved in all types of steel fabrication works. The company also moved into the oil and gas industry. Now Steelcon provides a wide scope of services, ranging from turnkey contracts of plant and facilities, QA/QC services, steel fabrication works and mechanical erection.

Hexgen Energy Corporation is a Malaysian Company specialising in providing Energy Management Innovations and Facility Management solutions was established in year 2000. Other than Energy Management Projects, Hexgen Energy Corp. also offers predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance contracts tailored to customer needs.
